I’m not sure of the solution-but I share your frustration with this situation. I’ve tried to boot these players but it does,t work. Sometimes, if they stall too long , you can take a forfeit when they have been delared as “abandoned table”. But this takes a long time. Good question–I’ll be following it to see if a possible solution appears.
